Returns Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly take the unused item back for an exchange or refund within 60 days of receiving your item. Audiobooks MUST be in new, unused condition in the original box with the shrink wrap in place. Opened audiobooks will not be accepted as a return. T-Shirts must be new and unused. Ship Returns To:

If you are returning multiple items please indicate clearly what you are doing with each item. Be sure to include your name, address and order number with the return. BuzzyMultimedia.com is not responsible for shipping charges on the returned items. This is the responsibility of the customer. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit on your credit card in the amount that you originally paid (minus shipping).
